Build personas from your reviews and order history.
Overview
Persona research is the first thing a good agency delivers: who buys from you, why, and in what words. Most brands never write it down, so every page and ad starts from a guess. The agent builds it from data you already have, your reviews for the words customers use and your order history for what they buy, then saves the personas to your brand. Do this one early: workflows like Multiply Your Best Page read the personas directly.
Before you start
- Shopify connected, with order history
- A review platform connected, so the personas quote real customers
- Enough customers that patterns exist: a few hundred orders is plenty
The prompt
Paste this into the agent. The bold values are yours to change:
Uncover my brand's personas. Mine my [Okendo] reviews and my Shopify order history, and start from what I know: [two sentences about who you think your customers are].
For each persona: who they are, the problem in their own words (quote real reviews), what convinced them to buy, their objections, and which products they buy first.
Give me [3–5] personas, ranked by share of revenue where the data supports it. Save them to my brand so page and copy work can use them.
What the agent does
- Pulls review text from your review platform and buying patterns from Shopify.
- Clusters them into distinct personas instead of one averaged customer.
- Writes each persona up with real quotes: problem, trigger, objections, first purchase.
- Ranks them by the revenue they represent, where the data is strong enough to say.
- Saves the personas to your brand context, where other workflows can read them.
Try it on your store
