Create a landing page for every row of a spreadsheet.
Overview
Teams keep these spreadsheets everywhere, one row per market, property, offer, or headline, and the pages never get built because a hundred rows means a hundred builds. This workflow makes the sheet the source of truth: upload it, tell the agent which columns drive the headline, copy, imagery, and URL, and it builds a page per row. When the sheet changes, re-upload it: rows update, new rows become pages, and vanished rows get flagged.
Before you start
- The spreadsheet, one row per page
- A template or reference page to build from
- An asset library with imagery for the swaps
- Your branding where the agent can see it: a brand kit in Brand Studio, or any reference that shows your look and voice
The prompt
Paste this into the agent. The bold values are yours to change:
Here's my spreadsheet: [upload the CSV]. Create one landing page per row from [my landing page template].
Map the columns: [headline] is the page headline, [angle] drives the section copy, [image_theme] picks imagery from my asset library, and [slug] names the page at [/lp/slug].
Build the first two rows as drafts for my approval. Once I approve the pattern, run the rest and give me a table of every page with its URL and status.
When I re-upload the sheet: update changed rows, create pages for new rows, and list pages whose rows disappeared. Don't delete anything without my approval.
The sheet can be anything with a row per page: ad headlines, cities, personas, weekly menus, listings. Ten rows and a thousand work the same way.
What the agent does
- Reads the sheet and maps your columns to page slots: headline, copy, imagery, URL.
- Builds the first two rows as drafts and waits for your approval of the pattern.
- Runs the batch: one page per row, imagery matched from your own asset library.
- Reports a table of every page, its URL, and its status.
- On re-upload, diffs the sheet against the pages: updates, additions, and flags, with deletions held for your approval.
