The Challenge: Locked Into Templates That Couldn't Convert

As a brand that places design first and foremost, She Reads Truth's original Shopify theme was beautiful. For ecommerce purposes, however, they were highly restrictive and provided little freedom for the marketing team.

The marketing team was unable to quickly spin up strategic landing pages for campaigns, product launches, or partnerships. Every change required expensive developer intervention, creating bottlenecks that prevented the team from being agile and data-driven in their approach.

One standout campaign was a partnership with The Pour Over, a Christian daily news newsletter with over a million subscribers, where She Reads Truth offered a free 21-day gratitude book over Thanksgiving. The offer was placed on a co-branded landing page built in Replo, and featured at the top of The Pour Over newsletter for a single day.

Once readers signed up for the 21-day gratitude book with She Reads Truth, they were given an upsell offer. The results were remarkable.

Today, nearly all of their $25,000/month Meta ad spend goes directly to Replo-built landing pages for their subscription product. Their subscription ads, which drive to a subscription offer for a minimum three-month term, perform profitably when sent to strategically designed Replo pages. On the other hand, ads to standard product pages have not been quite as successful at hitting the same efficiency targets.
