- Decide whether it runs in store, online or both.
- Order more of your best sellers now.
1 week out
Give it a page
- Make one page with the date, the offer and your best sellers.
- Tell your email list and post the link on social.
- Put the date and offer in your window or at the counter.
The day
Show up
- Post in the morning that the offer is live.
- Thank every customer and ask them to tag you.
- Collect emails at checkout for next time.
After
Keep them
- Send a thank-you with a reason to come back in December.
- Write down what sold and what didn't.
- Switch the page to your holiday offer or take it down.
