What is ecommerce analytics?
Ecommerce analytics measures how a store's traffic turns into revenue: sessions, conversion rate, average order value, ad spend and return, customer lifetime value and repeat purchases. Those numbers usually live in Shopify, Triple Whale, GA4, Meta and Klaviyo. Replo reads them together, so one question gets one answer.
Connects to your whole store stack
Store, attribution, ads, email, subscriptions and reviews. Connect each one once and Replo reads them side by side.
When Shopify, Triple Whale and Meta disagree
Each tool counts revenue its own way. Replo puts them side by side and tells you why they differ.
Shopify
$208,320
Every order, from every channel
Triple Whale
$163,340
Orders its pixel credits to Meta and Google
Meta
$171,900
Purchases Meta claims, view-throughs included
Meta claims more than Triple Whale gives it, which is normal: Meta also counts purchases after someone only saw an ad. Use Triple Whale's number to split budget between channels, and MER for the whole store: $208,320 ÷ $52,800 = 3.95.

Works with Triple Whale, not instead of it
Keep Triple Whale for attribution. Connect it to Replo and ask about its numbers next to everything else.

The ecommerce numbers, worked out for you
Replo calculates each one from the tools that hold the data, so you don't rebuild it in a spreadsheet.
- ROAS and MER
- Each platform's ROAS next to blended MER from total revenue and total spend.
- CAC
- Ad spend divided by new customers, by channel and by month.
- LTV and cohorts
- Lifetime value by first-order month, product or channel, from your Shopify orders.
- AOV and conversion rate
- By landing page, channel and device, from Shopify, GA4 and Insights.
- Repeat purchase rate
- The share of customers who come back, and how long they take.
- Email revenue
- Klaviyo campaign and flow revenue next to what your ads brought in.

Frequently asked questions
- What is ecommerce analytics?
- The numbers that show how a store's traffic becomes revenue: conversion rate, average order value, ad spend and return, lifetime value and repeat purchases. Most stores keep them in several tools, which is why Replo reads them together.
- What are the most important ecommerce metrics?
- Conversion rate, average order value and revenue per session tell you what a visit is worth. CAC, ROAS and MER tell you what it cost. LTV and repeat purchase rate tell you whether the customer was worth it. Our ecommerce metrics guide has every formula.
- Should I use Shopify Analytics or Google Analytics?
- Both, for different jobs. Shopify Analytics counts orders and sales; GA4 shows where visits came from and what they did. Their numbers rarely match. Replo reads both, puts them side by side, and explains the gap.
- Do I need Triple Whale if I use Replo?
- Not to start. Replo reads Shopify, GA4 and your ad accounts directly. If you spend across several paid channels and want multi-touch attribution, keep Triple Whale too, and Replo reads its numbers alongside everything else.
- How is Replo different from Triple Whale or Polar?
- Triple Whale and Polar measure, with their own pixels, attribution models and dashboards. Replo works a level above: it reads those tools along with Shopify, GA4 and Klaviyo, answers in one chat, and builds the report, page or email the answer calls for.
- How much does Replo's ecommerce analytics cost?
- Analytics is included on every Replo plan, including Free, and connecting your tools costs nothing extra. Paid plans start with Starter at $119 a month, or $99 a month billed yearly.
